Performance Marketing Trainee

ODEON is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for MBA freshers with strong communication skills who aspire to build a career in digital advertising and performance-driven marketing within the skincare industry.

The trainee will gain hands-on experience in paid media campaigns, analytics, and brand growth initiatives under the mentorship of senior marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Support in audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and A/B testing activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research within the skincare sector to support campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to coordinate ad materials and maintain brand consistency.
• Track, analyze, and prepare weekly performance reports using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Document campaign results, insights, and optimization recommendations.

Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of performance marketing tools and industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBA degree (Marketing specialization preferred). Freshers are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical and learning-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, and consumer brands is a strong plus.
