Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Specialist at JH Rehabilitation Hospital, your role will involve managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, conducting keyword and audience research, creating compelling ad copy and visuals, optimizing landing pages for conversion, tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, managing budgets efficiently, ensuring cross-platform synergy, and staying updated on competitor and market analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to generate leads for home care, outpatient, and inpatient services. - Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting strategies. - Create engaging ad copy and visuals, collaborating with the design team for Meta ads. - Optimize landing pages and implement conversion tracking for effective lead generation. - Set up, manage, and optimize conversion tracking, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement. - Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies for enhanced campaign performance. - Manage daily/monthly budgets efficiently and adjust based on performance and business priorities. - Ensure alignment between Google and Meta campaigns for brand consistency and cross-platform synergies. - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns. - Expertise in lead generation and performance marketing, preferably in the healthcare or service industry. - Strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques across search and social platforms. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools. - Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting tools. - Ability to create engaging ad copy and collaborate with creatives for visual content. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.,
