Performance Marketing Specialist

Paid Advertising Expertise:

• Proficiency in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Experience with ad targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

• Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms.

SEO Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of search engine optimization to optimize landing pages, ad copies, and website content for better visibility.

A/B Testing and Experimentation:

• Ability to conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements for better results.

Budget Management:

• Experience in managing advertising budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Knowledge of CRO principles to enhance the user journey and maximize conversions.
