Performance Marketing Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  , YouTube, and other platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure efficient use of budgets.
• Track and analyze performance metrics like

  CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates

  .
• Support in conducting

  A/B tests

  on creatives, copies, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.

D2C Growth Support

• Coordinate with product and website teams to ensure

  seamless campaign-to-website journeys

  .
• Assist in optimizing

  landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels

  .
• Help in running

  retargeting and remarketing campaigns

  to drive repeat purchases.

Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain performance tracking sheets and dashboards.
• Provide basic campaign reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with observations and improvement suggestions.
• Work with the analytics team to implement GA4, GTM, and pixel tracking for campaign attribution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and CRM teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Support senior marketers in executing seasonal and new product campaigns.

Who You Are

• 13 years of hands-on experience in

  performance marketing / paid media execution

  .
• Familiar with

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

  , and basic

  Google Analytics (GA4)

  .
• Strong in Excel/Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment.
