Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Strategist & Execution Specialist, you will take complete ownership of digital campaigns across platforms. You’ll work on both strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring every rupee spent delivers measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility while maintaining healthy CAC and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis for effective targeting.
• Execute A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams to deliver compelling ad creatives and conversion-driven funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI and scale campaigns effectively.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices for performance marketing.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (startup/agency background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
