Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, conversions, and ROI-focused ad strategies through data-driven performance marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize performance and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. - Develop and manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on ROI. - Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports. - Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize performance. - Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting for higher conversion rates. - A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging for continuous improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Key Requirements: - Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management. - Proven experience in performance marketing & ROI-driven strategies. - Hands-on experience with campaign analysis, budget allocation, and optimization. - Solid understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting techniques. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align campaigns with business goals. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (a plus). - Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-generation-focused industries. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
