Job Objective: As a Deputy Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing data and AI-driven digital marketing strategies with the primary goal of driving high-quality leads and business growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, and data intelligence to optimize performance marketing efforts, improve campaign efficiency, and scale campaigns effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital marketing efforts and drive growth in the business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing to contribute to the growth and success of the company. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive AI-augmented digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across PPC, SEM, Meta, display, and other channels—integrating AI tools for automation, targeting, bidding, and personalization. Use advanced analytics and AI-based optimization techniques to monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Stay on top of industry trends and continuously explore and test emerging AI technologies in adtech, martech, and automation platforms. Utilize AI-powered marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports, using AI-enabled analytics platforms where applicable. Ensure compliance with relevant advertising regulations and data privacy laws while applying AI responsibly and ethically. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, lead generation, and AI-led campaign optimization. Proven experience using AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Enhanced conversions, Capi, Meta Advantage+ etc.) to enhance marketing impact. In-depth understanding of digital channels and a demonstrated ability to automate and optimize campaigns using AI. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and AI-powered analytics or ad tech platforms. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mind set. High proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools or AI-based reporting dashboards.
