Performance Marketing Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Manager with a proven track record of driving growth and scaling digital brands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, and will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage and scale paid media campaigns for multiple brands, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Handle monthly budgets of ₹25 lakhs or more per account, driving measurable results.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, sales, and brand visibility.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
• Present campaign performance and growth plans to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Proven experience in scaling brands and handling high-budget performance campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data interpretation & campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
