Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads platforms
Manage full-funnel marketing strategies - Awareness, Consideration, Conversion
Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product positioning
Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to execute ad strategies
Track daily performance and create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actions
Manage retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience strategies
Monitor competitor performance and market trends to stay ahead of the curve

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 6 Months of experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, or Amazon Ads)
Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of digital KPIs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or Amazon Seller Central
Experience in beauty, personal care, or e-commerce industry is a strong plus.
