Performance Marketing( Meta & Google Ads)

Role Description

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Focus on driving sales, leads, and conversions that directly impact business profitability.
• Conduct audience research, set up targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to maximize ROAS.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to achieve KPIs like Revenue, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with paid media trends, new ad formats, and best practices across platforms

Requirements:-

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, mandatorily for D2C brands.
• Proven success in driving profitable sales to websites and achieving high ROAS.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels.
• Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
