As a Performance Marketing Manager at TIDA Sports, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all paid marketing activities. Your primary focus will be on implementing data-driven strategies, refining ad campaigns, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns encompassing platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display networks, and affiliate marketing, with a specific emphasis on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, collaborating with creative and content teams to enhance ad copy and design, and aligning marketing strategies with overarching business objectives in conjunction with product, analytics, and sales teams. You will also be responsible for planning, allocating, and optimizing campaign budgets across platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and making real-time adjustments to enhance cost efficiency. Moreover, you will be tasked with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and customer LTV, as well as conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, your role will entail collaborating with external agencies or vendors, as needed, to execute specific campaigns, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with product launches, promotional events, and overall company objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and the latest tools and technologies in performance marketing, as well as conducting competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. A proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc., are required, as well as experience with programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and display networks being advantageous. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail, familiarity with SEO, SEM, and CRO principles, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis are also essential.
