Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

• Develop and own the paid marketing strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Affiliate networks.
  
• Forecast performance metrics, budgets, and ROI projections.
  

• Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet CAC, ROAS, and lead targets.
  
• Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  
• Leverage automation tools, bid strategies, and remarketing campaigns for efficiency.
  

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards.
  
• Analyze data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and refine targeting strategies.
  
• Present weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
  

• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with content/design teams to develop high-performing creatives.
  
• Coordinate with sales/product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors where applicable.
  

Key Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  4–7 years in performance marketing with proven success in managing high-budget campaigns.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, programmatic buying, and affiliate marketing.
  
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  

• Analytical Skills:

  Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
