Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and marketing objectives. Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Display Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, and potentially Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set ambitious yet achievable targets for all performance marketing activities. Manage and oversee the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI. Lead and mentor a team of Performance Marketing Executives or Specialists (if applicable), providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Implement and manage robust tracking, reporting, and attribution models to accurately measure the effectiveness of all performance marketing initiatives. Oversee and guide the implementation of A/B testing and experimentation strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows. Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the performance marketing landscape. Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams, including Marketing (Content, SEO, CRM), Product, Sales, and Data Analytics, to ensure integrated and effective marketing strategies.
