Role Overview: As a Performance Marketer, you play a crucial role in driving the success of online campaigns to achieve business objectives. Your main responsibility is to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract and convert customers, and maximize ROI. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to analyze data to make informed strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for various online channels, considering budget constraints and business goals. - Identify target audiences and create buyer personas for effective campaign targeting. - Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. - Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad design to optimize click-through rates and conversions. - Devise and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. - Segment email lists for targeted communication and monitor email campaign performance. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and identify optimization opportunities. - Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs). - Continuously optimize landing pages and the conversion funnel to improve conversion rates. - Implement strategies to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment. - Allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels to achieve the best ROI. - Track and report on campaign spending and performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape for insightful analysis. - Benchmark performance against competitors and provide data-driven recommendations. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing plans and results effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing. - Proficiency in analyzing data and making strategic decisions. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.,
