Sales Executive – Digital Marketing (Real Estate Focus)Position Summary We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency, specializing in serving real estate developers, agents, and brokerages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.), and an understanding of the real estate industry’s unique marketing needs. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target potential real estate clients (developers, agents, property managers). Consultative Selling: Understand client goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions (lead gen campaigns, content strategy, Google/Facebook Ads, etc.). Pitching & Presenting: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives and marketing teams. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel using CRM tools; track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Client Onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, content, performance marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign kickoff. Market Research: Stay current with industry trends in both digital marketing and real estate to identify new opportunities.
