Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing strategies to meet acquisition, retention, and ROI goals.
    • Own the full funnel strategy—from awareness to conversion—for paid campaigns.
  • Campaign Management

    • Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, Affiliate).
    • Conduct A/B tests and experiment with creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
    • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor KPIs and report campaign performance regularly (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards to drive insights and inform decisions.
    • Build forecasting models and budget plans based on past campaign performance.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management

    • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and collaborate with agencies as needed.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative to align marketing goals with business outcomes.
  • Platform Expertise

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in performance marketing tools, ad tech, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth tech or consumer-facing companies.
  • Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, etc.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel optimization, and growth metrics.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or E-commerce sectors.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.
  • Exposure to CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely.
