Performance Marketing Lead generation

As a Senior Manager / AVP in Performance Marketing in the Financial Services / Broking industry, your role is crucial in planning and executing digital lead generation activities across various verticals of the Group. Your key responsibilities include: - Plan and execute all digital Lead Generation activities, such as SEM, database, email, social media, Display campaigns, Affiliates marketing, Retargeting, web tracking, and more for B2B and B2C businesses. - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals like ROI and KPIs. - Create and manage new systems/processes to centralize the lead flow, maximize lead usage, and ensure zero wastage of leads. - Study trends and insights to optimize existing campaigns, spends, and performance. - Brainstorm innovative growth and optimization strategies. - Collaborate closely with various business verticals, creative teams, agencies, IT teams, and other stakeholders to successfully plan and execute campaigns. - Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
