As a Senior Manager / AVP in Performance Marketing within the Financial Services / Broking industry, you will be responsible for planning and executing various digital lead generation activities. Your key responsibilities include managing SEM, database, email, social media, display campaigns, affiliates marketing, retargeting, web tracking, and more for both B2B and B2C businesses across all verticals of the Group. You will be tasked with measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against set goals such as ROI and KPIs. Additionally, you will be required to create and oversee new systems and processes to streamline lead flow, maximize lead utilization across individual businesses, facilitate cross-selling of products, and minimize lead wastage. Analyzing trends and insights to optimize existing campaigns, expenditures, and performance will be a crucial part of your role. You will also need to develop innovative growth and optimization strategies, collaborate closely with various business verticals, creative teams, agencies, IT teams, and other stakeholders to successfully plan and implement campaigns. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. An MBA qualification along with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role is required for this position. Desirable technical skills and additional qualifications would be advantageous for this role.,
