Role Overview

Digital Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

If Programmatic (Demand or Supply):

  • Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across DSPs/SSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or similar.
  • Handle campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, pacing, and reporting.
  • Work across audience targeting, inventory management, bidding strategies, and attribution.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, tag problems, and platform discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to client KPIs.

If Search & Social:

  • Execute and optimize paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow best practices and brand guidelines.

General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Tracks)

  • Maintain high accuracy in campaign setup, QA, and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
  • Generate performance reports and insights with clear recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in

    Programmatic

    Search

    Social

    media buying.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working in a global delivery or agency environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360, or TTD (optional but preferred).
  • Experience with ad-serving tools (e.g., CM360, IAS, MOAT) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of tags, pixels, brand safety, and attribution models.
