About the Role-

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities-

• Plan and run

  paid campaigns

  on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for better

  CPC, CTR, and ROAS

  .
• Conduct

  keyword research

  and manage ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics

  ,

  Ads Manager

  , etc.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for effective ad creatives.
• Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes in the digital ad space.

Requirements-

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in

  digital or performance marketing

• Strong knowledge of

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools

  .
• Good understanding of

  conversion tracking

  and

  lead funnels

  .
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
