Performance Marketing Executive (minimum 2 years of D2C experience)

We are Hiring a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with a proven track record of delivering exceptional ROAS and discovering high-converting, untapped audience segments. This role requires the ability to profitably scale campaigns for multiple clients across diverse industries, consistently achieving a minimum ROI target of 3X to 4X our agency benchmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple client accounts with a focus on ROI.
• Identify and target hidden audience interests and psychological triggers using advanced research and testing methods.
• Manage the full marketing funnel from creative briefing to landing page flow optimizing for conversions and AOV.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, hooks, audiences, and placements to exceed benchmarks.
• Monitor performance metrics daily, ensuring all campaigns remain profitable.
• Collaborate with internal creative, content, and account management teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
• Develop and implement custom media buying strategies aligned with each client’s business goals and KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Proven ability to generate ₹5L+/month in sales across multiple accounts.
• Relentless focus on ROI — consistently achieving 4X ROAS or more.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce, lead generation funnels, consumer psychology, and performance analytics.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/CAPI integration, retargeting, and iOS14+ attribution solutions.
• Combination of analytical skills and creative instincts — knowing what gets clicks and conversions.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with health, beauty, wellness, or D2C client accounts.
• Ability to write ad copy, test multiple CTA variations, and maintain brand tonality for different clients.
• Experience scaling various campaign types ecommerce, lead gen, and brand awareness.
