Performance Marketing Executive

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our clients Edtech company's dynamic team. You'll drive customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth through various digital marketing channels. Only candidates who have experience in social media, digital marketing or SEO need apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

- Work with designers and copywriters to create conversion-optimized creatives and landing pages

- Develop data-driven media plans and analyze KPIs to improve CPA, CTR, and ROAS

- Collaborate with growth, client servicing, and product teams to deliver measurable business impact

- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager

- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and A/B testing

- Excellent analytical and communication skills
