We're seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand. You'll develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to acquire customers, drive conversions, and optimize ROI.
1. Channel Management: Manage and optimize paid marketing channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok for D2C growth.
2. Campaign Planning: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI; use insights to optimize marketing spend.
4. Audience Targeting: Identify and target high-value customer segments through data-driven strategies.
5. Ad Creative Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
6. Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI and efficiency.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce.
3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and data analysis.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
1. Experience with D2C Brands: Experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce businesses.
2. Knowledge of Attribution Modeling: Understanding of attribution modeling and customer journey analytics.
3. Familiarity with CRO: Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
