Job Summary

Performance Marketing Ad Tech professional

strategy, and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling

campaigns across multiple models (CPS, CPC, CPV). You'll build strong relationships with

publishers and affiliates, manage large-scale programmatic campaigns, and optimize

performance to consistently hit KPIs. If you love turning insights into action and driving

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Growth

Identify, negotiate, and secure top-performing inventories across CPS, CPC, and CPV

models at competitive rates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, OEM partners, and inventory

providers.

Plan, launch, and optimize large-scale programmatic and OEM campaigns to

maximize ROI.

Manage campaigns end-to-end: setup, pacing, tracking, reporting, and optimization

for client objectives.

Ensure campaign delivery meets KPIs across CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate,

etc.

Stay ahead of industry trends, ad formats, and innovative buying strategies to drive

client advantage.

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, client servicing, product) to align campaign execution with business goals.

Affiliate Communications

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across multiple verticals.

Pitch offers, share tracking links, and ensure affiliates have all necessary campaign

details.

Build and nurture affiliate relationships through consistent communication (calls,

chats, emails).

Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular feedback.

Resolve queries promptly while ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliations.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and reconcile campaign numbers weekly and monthly with affiliates to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain campaign-level documentation, recording outcomes, challenges, and corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or programmatic media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
