Programme Overview

This 3-month traineeship offers hands-on exposure in a high-performing digital agency environment. Trainees will support senior performance marketers with campaign execution, audience research, performance analysis and reporting. High performers will be considered for a full-time Junior Associate – Performance Marketing role.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns across platforms like

  AdWords, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Conduct in-depth research on relevant keywords and target audiences.
• Analyze competitor campaigns and identify key trends and strategies.
• Create presentations and reports summarizing campaign results and insights.
• Collect and analyze data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the senior performance marketers.
