We’re looking for a sharp and data-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll be responsible for running high-ROI campaigns, tracking performance, optimizing funnels, and delivering measurable results. The role requires hands-on experience with paid ads, A/B testing, tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM), and a deep understanding of conversion metrics like CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in lead-gen or e-commerce performance marketing. Bonus if you’ve worked in the travel space or high-volume ad accounts.
