Job Description

A Performance Marketing job description involves planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like paid search, social media, and display networks to achieve specific, measurable goals such as leads, sales, or user actions. Key responsibilities include data analysis, campaign budget management, A/B testing, collaborating with creative teams, and staying updated on digital marketing trends to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:Create comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals, identifying target audiences and selecting appropriate digital channels.
  • Campaign Execution:Implement and manage campaigns across various digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization:Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (like Google Analytics), interpret data to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Budget Management:Effectively allocate budgets across campaigns and channels to ensure optimal resource use and maximize ROI.
  • A/B Testing:Conduct experiments to evaluate different campaign elements (e.g., ad copy, landing pages) and identify what works best for conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with design, content, and analytics teams to create cohesive and effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informing future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, new platforms, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
