Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing paid media strategies for client campaigns, including platform selection (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn), audience targeting, budget allocation, and KPI definition. Campaign Execution & Management: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end paid digital campaigns across search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising platforms. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance against goals (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.). Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages and make data-informed optimizations to improve results. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal teams and clients, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters) to brief and request high-performing ad assets that align with campaign objectives and platform best practices. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the digital advertising landscape to keep our campaigns innovative and effective. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency setting. Platform Expertise: Proven experience with platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is essential. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, is a plus. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in Google Analytics is highly desirable. Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain strategies and results to both clients and internal teams clearly. Organization: Superior organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
