Job Description

As a Performance Marketer - Meta Ads at Now and Her, a women-led D2C brand in Noida, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook & Instagram to drive growth, conversions, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). - Track performance KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CAC across the funnel. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements. - Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance creative performance. - Analyze data to provide actionable insights and reports for future campaign improvements. - Stay updated with platform changes and trends in D2C performance marketing. Qualifications: - Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in running Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong grasp of paid media strategies and e-commerce sales funnels. - Demonstrated success in achieving high ROAS and optimizing campaigns. - Proficiency in tools like Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, and Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong analytical skills and a growth-oriented mindset. - Bonus: Experience working with D2C brands or women-focused product lines. - Excellent communication and time-management abilities. - Willingness to work on-site in Noida.,
