Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage, scale, and optimize paid digital campaigns. This is a B2C and sales-focused role , responsible for running full-funnel campaigns aimed at lead generation and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Independently create, manage, and optimize campaigns on: Facebook & Instagram (Meta Suite) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) LinkedIn and other third-party digital platforms Plan and execute sales-focused marketing campaigns from scratch Drive high-quality leads for corporate bookings and events Implement A/B testing , track key performance metrics, and improve conversion rates Optimize campaigns to ensure strong CPL, ROI, and ROAS Coordinate with creative/content teams to develop performance-driven creatives Stay updated with digital marketing trends , algorithm updates, and competitive strategies Generate performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite , etc. Candidate Requirements 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing , especially in B2C lead generation Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns independently from scratch Strong command of digital tools, ad platforms, campaign tracking & analytics Must have experience working on sales-driven marketing funnels Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ROI-focused Background in entertainment, events, hospitality, or B2C sales marketing is a plus Important Note This role is strictly sales & B2C focused . Candidates must have prior experience in performance marketing for B2C sales campaigns to be considered.
