Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer who specializes in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results across lead generation, sales, and brand awareness campaigns while ensuring maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns daily for better CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with detailed insights and actionable recommendations.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve results.
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring the best ROI across platforms.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new ad tools/features.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns (preferred).
• Ability to interpret data and provide clear insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad creation.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
