Job Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts across Meta and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong media buying experience and a solid command over at least one SEO discipline (Grey Hat, Black Hat, or White Hat). The role demands strategic thinking, rapid execution, and a deep understanding of funnel building and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize 

  Meta Ads campaigns

   with a focus on ROAS and scaling.
• Build, manage, and refine 

  Meta Funnels

   to maximize conversions.
• Execute 

  media buying

   strategies across relevant platforms.
• Apply SEO knowledge (Grey Hat / Black Hat / White Hat — at least one) to improve traffic and performance.
• Manage and optimize 

  e-commerce marketing campaigns

  , including product-level performance tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for campaign growth.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall campaign health on a daily basis.
• Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in 

  Meta Ads

   (must-have).
• Hands-on exposure to 

  funnel building

  , specifically Meta Funnels (high priority).
• Strong 

  media buying

   background with measurable results.
• Knowledge in 

  at least one SEO method

  : Grey Hat / Black Hat / White Hat.
• Experience in 

  e-commerce performance marketing

• Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, metrics, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to scale campaigns and manage budgets efficiently.
• Creative approach to testing, targeting, and optimization.
