Performance Marketer Meta & Google Ads Expert

You are a results-driven Performance Marketer specialized in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with 2-3 years of experience in lead generation and running high-converting digital campaigns. Your role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve measurable ROI across various funnels and industries. Your responsibilities will include planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms, designing and executing lead generation strategies, conducting A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages, monitoring campaign performance using various tools, creating and managing audience segmentation, collaborating with design and content teams, ensuring optimal spend efficiency, staying updated with industry trends, and delivering detailed performance reports to stakeholders. You must have at least 2-3 years of experience running performance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, demonstrated success in lead generation and high-converting campaign strategies, strong knowledge of pixel setup, event tracking, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters, proficiency in campaign optimization for cost efficiency and ROI, deep understanding of audience funnels and attribution models, a data-driven mindset, strong analytical and reporting skills, and experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Events Manager, and CRM integrations.
