Job Description

Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-gen and support Google/LinkedIn ads for multiple brands. You will plan budgets, launch campaigns, optimize daily, and report results.

What You’ll Do

Plan monthly budgets and lead targets per brand.
Set up and run Meta campaigns (Pixel/CAPI, Instant Forms, WhatsApp CTA).
Create/adapt ad copy and briefs for creatives (video, carousel, static).
Manage remarketing and lookalike audiences; keep naming/UTMs clean.
Track results in Ads Manager and GA4; build simple weekly reports.
Coordinate with sales/CRM to improve lead quality and follow-up.

Experience required

2-3 years hands-on Meta Ads lead-gen experience (multi-account/agency preferred).
Strong skills in analytical tools and reporting
Basic landing-page/CRO knowledge and solid Excel/Sheets skills.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and workflows

Good to Have

Experience in hospitality/travel industry
Google Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Looker Studio dashboards; WhatsApp Business, call tracking, Zapier/Make.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
