Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Lascade, a fast-growing mobile app studio, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and bold, creative advertising. Key Responsibilities: - Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and more. - Collaborate with the product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, including both static and video formats. - Take ownership of performance dashboards and reporting using tools such as GA, Firebase, and AppsFlyer. - Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV. - Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences to enhance campaign performance. - Stay informed about platform algorithms, targeting hacks, and performance benchmarks to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Solid experience in running ROI-driven paid campaigns in the mobile app space. - Proficiency in tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). - A strong creative mindset with an understanding of what constitutes engaging ad content. - Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data efficiently and derive actionable insights. - Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset essential for success in this role.,
