About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns while developing creative strategies for brand growth across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and creative ad strategy with strong analytical and content coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.

Develop creative ad strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives and ad copies.

Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and placements.

Track performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Manage social media strategy, posting schedules, and engagement growth.

Stay updated with digital trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

1year experience in performance marketing / social media marketing.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Experience in creative planning, ad copywriting, and analytics.

Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools is a plus.

Good communication and time management skills.
