We are seeking a Performance Marketer/Digital Marketing Executive with 1+ year of hands-on experience in paid marketing and lead generation. This role focuses on ROI-driven campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Lead generation and remarketing campaign execution.

• Daily optimization of CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS.

• A/B testing creatives and landing page optimization.

• Conduct keyword research and basic on-page SEO.

• Track performance using Google Analytics and ad managers.

• Generate weekly/monthly reports.

• Coordinate with design and sales teams.
