Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Monitor key performance metrics, manage budgets, and deliver ROI-focused campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
• Develop and implement SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, templates, and landing pages
• Prepare performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO practices, and email marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Must be based in or willing to work from Trivandrum
