Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Apeato) Location: [Your Location or Remote] Experience: Minimum 5 Years (FMCG/D2C Preferred) Job Description: We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Expert with 5+ years of experience in scaling D2C or food brands. The ideal candidate must be skilled in running high-ROI campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Amazon & Flipkart Ads Quick Commerce Ads (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit etc.) Requirements: Proven success in managing ₹2L+/month ad budgets Strong knowledge of analytics, A/B testing & retargeting Experience in scaling D2C food/FMCG brands Data-driven with creative coordination skills Familiarity with performance tracking tools (GA, Meta, etc.) Salary: As per industry standards + performance bonus Join us to build and grow a new-age food brand. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 10 months Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Work Location: In person
