We’re looking for a performance marketer who can take ownership of our paid campaigns, lead a small team, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage budgets to achieve the best possible ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
• Oversee a small marketing team, guiding them towards meeting campaign KPIs.
• Explore and implement other digital marketing channels for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
• Experience in team leadership and coordination.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
