Aimstorms Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to drive data-driven digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance ROI across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies and visuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to enhance marketing performance.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Generate detailed reports and insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  6 months to 1 year

  of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize them for maximum performance.
• Experience in audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
