Performance Marketer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketer located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home options available. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting performance analysis, optimizing social media and digital advertising campaigns, executing A/B tests, managing pay-per-click campaigns, using performance marketing tools, and collaborating with other teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Skills in Digital Advertising, PPC Management, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience with A/B Testing, Performance Analysis, and Campaign Optimization
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Google Analytics, and various performance marketing tools
• Strong understanding of Data Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
