Performance Marketing Specialist

As part of our team, you will manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms, while also ensuring our Shopify store is conversion-optimized for D2C success. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact women’s wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CAC.
• Optimize our Shopify store for better user experience and higher conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics like ROAS, LTV, CAC, CTR.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, and Shopify apps is a plus.
• Creative mindset and data-driven decision-making.
