🚀 We're Hiring: Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive (0-1 Year Experience) Are you someone who’s just getting started in performance marketing but already obsessed with learning, experimenting, and delivering results? We’re a fast-growing recommerce brand in the tech space, and we want someone who’s eager to own Meta and Google Ads, test creatively, and build campaigns that convert. What You'll Do: Execute and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and build reports to measure success Continuously test creatives, copy, audience sets, and bidding strategies Stay updated with ad platform trends and tools (we love people who love updates) Work directly with our in-house brand, design, and growth teams What We're Looking For: 0–1 year of experience in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (internship/project experience counts!) Strong analytical mindset – comfort with numbers, performance metrics, and dashboards Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Sheets A bias for action – you love trying new things and learning from results Hunger to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Why Grest?
