Job Description

As a Performance Engineer at Smart Infrastructure, a trusted partner of Siemens Ltd., you will have a crucial role in improving the way people live and work by intelligently connecting energy systems, buildings, and industries. Your main tasks will involve collaborating closely with the Field Services team to enhance customers" KPIs related to Building Safety, Comfort, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability. This will include collecting and analyzing performance data, verifying results, and generating regular reports using data analytic tools. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Field Services team to deliver services aimed at enhancing customers" KPIs in Building Safety, Comfort, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability. - Collect performance data, analyze and verify results, and produce routine reports using data analytic tools. - Identify opportunities for facility improvements and plant optimization strategies to enhance building performance through data analytics platform capabilities. - Schedule and execute remote preventive maintenance tasks in coordination with the Field Service team. - Implement predictive analytics for connected systems and run health check reports to document results and prepare improvement proposals. - Conduct Measurement and Verification to establish asset performance and conformance, along with KPI reporting using data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power Bi, and Python. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in service-related functions for Building Technologies. - Strong technical understanding of solutions like Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV systems. - Good domain knowledge of Comfort and Energy aspects of a building. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. - Solid grasp of Customer Service functions, digital and remote service delivery, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written. - Basic networking knowledge is a plus for this role. The position is based in Mumbai, and occasional shift work may be required due to the 24x7 services provided to global customers by the Digital Service Center.
