Job Description

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years in IT industry, with 2-5 years specializing in Performance Engineering

  • Minimum 2-5 years hands on experience with load testing tools JMeter and LoadRunner Enterprise

  • Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders


Required Skills:

  • Ability to work with Product Owners and Development teams to create performance requirements documents and test plans

  • Expertise in creating, planning, and executing load test scripts using both LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter testing tool suites

  • Hands-on experience in generating reports and delivering analysis findings to stakeholders

  • Must be comfortable creating new test scripts, as well as maintaining existing scripts, scenarios, and repositories.

  • Must have recent experience working in an environment focused on Agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline methodologies


Preferred Skills:

Experience with some of the following technologies and services:


  • New Relic

  • Amazon Web Services

  • Jira

  • Tableau

  • Experience working in Agile or similar software methodology
