Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize Search, Display, and YouTube ads to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Meta Ads Execution: Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Ads, focusing on customer acquisition and retargeting.
  • E-commerce Marketing: Implement advertising strategies on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.) to increase sales and revenue.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools to measure success.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify top-performing variations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes across Google and Meta.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with E-commerce advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, bid strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights and implement actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
