Performance Marketing Specialist

This is not an agency that runs on fluff. We are strategic, creative, and deeply collaborative. Our roots are in video and branded content, but over the last year, we've been steadily evolving into a full-service marketing partner for our clients. We work across healthcare, wellness, real estate, fintech, lifestyle, and more, and we’re only just getting started.


What the Role Looks Like

You’ll lead performance marketing efforts across multiple client accounts, crafting and executing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, analyzing data, improving targeting, and ultimately helping our clients generate quality leads and business growth. You’ll also work closely with our creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns that make sense from a brand, performance, and content perspective.


You’ll have autonomy, but not isolation. You’ll be part of a small, driven team that pushes each other to do better work every day.


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year focused on lead generation and performance campaigns
  • Is fluent in Meta and Google Ads platforms, understands audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel building, and ROI-driven strategy


  • Can think both strategically and tactically. You’re able to step back and see the bigger picture, but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty


  • Has worked on email marketing, SEO, or content marketing, or is eager to pick it up


  • Has experience in industries like e-commerce, healthcare, or wellness (a plus, not mandatory)


  • Is self-driven, analytical, curious, and genuinely enjoys solving problems through marketing
