Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Assistant Vice President to join our Group CIO Office Performance and Insights team based in Noida. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing end-to-end deliverables and driving impactful reporting and insights through a combination of analytical acumen, creative storytelling, and technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of data-driven insights, designing visually engaging dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs. You should have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and process optimization, along with proficiency in M365 applications and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx. A creative mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills is essential for this role. Experience in financial or regulatory reporting would be a plus, and familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is desired. Preferred skills include exposure to Python or similar tools for advanced analytics, experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. The purpose of this role is to support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards. Your accountabilities will include designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards, implementing automated report generation processes for improved efficiency, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. If you have leadership responsibilities, you should demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviors to create an environment for colleagues to thrive. For individual contributors, you will lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and identify new directions for assignments and projects.
