Job Description

Role Overview

The Performance Analyst will deliver timely and accurate performance reports, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver performance reports and insights with precision and timeliness.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and compliance.
Enhance performance measurement tools and reporting frameworks.
Support statutory reporting and bank reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of real estate concepts and valuation methodologies.
Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / QlikView etc
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Familiarity with SLA/KPI frameworks and reporting standards.

Preferred Skills

Experience in real estate performance analysis and valuation.
Exposure to statutory reporting and financial reconciliations.
Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
